Hay Diet - The healthy way to diet

ACID / ALKALINE

Over acidity is very common and can become a dangerous condition that weakens all body systems. When excess acids must be neutralized our alkaline reserves are depleted leaving the body in a weakened state.

It is believed that all diseases are caused by autotoxication (or self poisening) due to acid accumulation in the body.

For this reason it is important to know what foods cause acid and what foods create alkaline and to have a balanced amount in your diet.
